Sales Tax exemptions: You can only SELL taxable items exempt from sales tax on 2 DAYS PER YEAR. However, you can PURCHASE items tax exempt if they will be "consumed/used for your exempt purpose". You need PAGE 2 of THIS FORM. (Note that some stores will not accept this form and may ask you to complete their own paperwork. Also, note the form states that no tax exempt number is required (actually doesn't exist), but if someone asks for one, give them your EIN number.)
