Use this web form if you plan to pay with debit or credit card, and would like immediate access to the Spartan Athletic Club benefits. First fill out and submit the form to the right, then choose your membership level from the list to the left, and add to your cart. We need the parent and athlete information to process your membership, so please fill out both parts of the page.
If you prefer to pay by check, please print and complete the document attached, and mail with payment to the address on the form. If you prefer to pay with cash, please email us at info@spartanac.org and we will make arrangements to meet with you personally.
Signs and decals can be picked up at your sport's pre-season parent meeting, in the football/soccer concession stand at the CHS Stadium, , the volleyball/basketball concession stand in the CHS Arena, or at the baseball/softball concession stand at the CHS Ball field. Please contact the SAC at info@spartanac.org to arrange pick up of signs and/or decals outside of these times.
MEMBERSHIP FOR THE 2017-2018 SEASON IS CLOSED. MEMBERSHIPS RECEIVED AFTER 4/15/18 WILL BE APPLIED TO THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR.
